Login to the GiveX portal at: https://gportal.givex.com/portal/login.py

 

On the left panel click on Gift Card Program and then Reports to list available reports.

 

Cashout Report: allows merchant to view detail of individual store locations’ End of Day reports (closed batches)

 

Client Transaction Report: enterprise level list of transactions, sorting by Merchant (Brand

name)

 

Liability Report: displays list of all Active Gift Cards with outstanding balance

 

List of Transactions Report: displays detailed list of all transactions processed within a

specified date range

 

Transactions Report: details Activations, Redemptions, Increments and Adjustments

in summary format
